Naveen holds a PhD in Computer Science from IIT Bombay and Monash University, with over 18 years of R&D experience across industry research and product innovation.

Naveen holds a PhD in Computer Science from IIT Bombay and Monash University, with over 18 years of R&D experience across industry research and product innovation.

He previously served as Head of Applied Science at Amazon Studios in Seattle, USA, where he built and led a multidisciplinary machine learning team and drove pioneering work in generative AI and synthetic media. More recently, he served as Head of AI (India) at Armada, leading a team of AI engineers and scientists.

He holds 18 granted US patents, with several more pending, and has published at premier AI conferences, including AAAI, ICCV, and CIKM.

He also actively contributes to India's AI ecosystem as guest faculty at IIT Mandi and as a panellist and hackathon judge with CII, Kerala Startup Mission, and leading engineering institutions.
